The little squares are so subtle that they read as texture from a distance, which is exactly the look I wanted for a quilt backing. It's soft and presses beautifully flat, no warping or stretching as I worked with it.

The tiny tone-on-tone squares give just enough texture without shouting, so it's grounded my quilt top beautifully. The hand feel is smooth and crisp, perfect for piecing.

The tone-on-tone squares are so subtle that they read as a solid from across the room, but up close they give quilts just the right amount of texture. I've used it for a backing and the hand-feel is smooth without being slippery, which made piecing a breeze.
