The little squares don't show up much from a distance but up close they give the fabric such a nice textured feel. I cut into it for a quilt backing and the hand is soft yet sturdy enough to hold its shape well.

I love how the tone-on-tone square pattern adds just enough visual interest without being overwhelming—it stitches into my quilt seamlessly. The hand feel is soft yet sturdy, and it pressed nicely without distorting the grid.

The tiny tone-on-tone squares give this fabric such a soft, textured look that it elevates simple quilt blocks without stealing the show. I’ve already cut into it for a baby quilt and the weave feels sturdy yet easy to press. Definitely my new go-to for background prints.
