The texture of this butterscotch fabric is so lovely and smooth, and those tiny tone-on-tone squares add just the right amount of visual interest without being busy. I’ve already cut into it for a quilt backing and the color is warm and rich, exactly what I was hoping for.

The tiny tone-on-tone squares read as a solid from across the room but add just enough texture up close, so it's been perfect for piecing without distracting from the pattern.
