This linen-cotton blend has just the right amount of body for a structured shirtdress. The 55% linen content gives it that lovely, textured feel without being scratchy. It was a pleasure to sew and press.

The navy gingham pattern is crisp and perfectly scaled, and the linen-cotton blend has a nice, substantial hand without being too stiff. I'm planning to sew a simple A-line dress with it, and the 43-inch width gives me enough to work with comfortably.

Used it for a quilt backing and the drape is perfect, not too stiff but holds its shape well. The 55% linen gives it that nice textured feel while the cotton keeps it soft against the skin. Washed it twice and the navy gingham still looks crisp with barely any wrinkling.
