I was pleasantly surprised by how much depth the fabric has—it really mimics a woven texture without being stiff. Cut straight for my project and pressed beautifully.

The dimensional color really does look like a woven grasscloth up close, which makes it perfect as a background in the quilt I'm piecing. The rouge shade is rich without being overpowering, and it's sewing up with barely any fraying.
